Background: Evaluation and perception of MBBS first year students regarding early clinical exposure (ECE). The goals ECE are to provide significance basic sciences along with expansion medical knowledge so as establish the cognitive component professional learning. Medical council India has given new curriculum for undergraduate education in which is one reforms improve quality education. Methods: study was conducted department physiology, Peoples college science research centre Bhopal. duration year, 150 were included study. All didactic lecture on systems delivered mainly respiratory physiology. It vertically integrated medicine followed by hospital visit. During visit divided 6 groups 25. Clinicians exposing relevant patients discuss important symptoms examination/findings patients. To assess whether skills gained through helped physiology classes examination, OSCE (Objectively structured examination) arranged before after intervention. Results: post scores better than pre scores. Perception toward they have understanding retention topic. Conclusions: a good tool teaching learning MBBS.
